Recent studies [4] indicate that the presence of fluorine in glass
increases the emission intensity. Energy transfer between dopant
ions and their features in different hosts are to be studied in more
detail [4–10]. Therefore, the aim of the research is to study the
effect of Ce 3þ ions of different concentrations on spectral and
decay kinetic characteristics of photo- and cathodoluminescence
of lithium–phosphate– borate–fluoride glasses doped with Tb 3þ
