However if he didn’t use citrix for more than 30 days (it will be disable by automatic process) and later if he wants to create HR ticket and his account is blocked and he is required to write message to us for assistance.
Pls tell me if this is the way he wants to do it in future ? He wants to use citrix mainly for HR TICKET if so then Pls transfer the request to Area Office Ampel Cheang for assistance and he doen’t need to use citrix any more.
