IV. IMPLEMENTATIO
A. Operating platform
The Running environment of this design is Embedded
Handheld Terminal, which includes ARM11 and WinCE6.0.
And the embedded platform is UT-S3C6410.
Microsoft’s Visual Studio 2005 is used to develop the
design in this system. The PC with Windows XP SP3 includes
2G RAM, Intel Core Dual-Core processor E4500 with
2.2GHZ. Due to the cross-compiler environment to embedded
software, the program should be designed and compiled in
VS2005, and then download the compiled executable file to the
target board for debugging and running. Thus, the crosscompiling
environment should be built at first. The steps can
be summarized as follows:
• Install VS2005;
• Install USB Sync driver software;
• Install ActiveSync4.5 Sync software;
• Install SDK corresponding to target board
