Job Overview
Overall responsible for develop, implement and manage on Public Relation to maximize PR coverage & establish brand as a Top of mind brand in luxury cosmetic in local market
Role and Responsibility
• Plan annual goals, objectives, strategies and budget regarding marketing and communications
• Ensure all collaterals meet the ORB’s standards by implementing quality checks on all media and marketing materials
• Assess all media inquiries including magazine, newspaper, TV and photographer and respond in a timely manner
• Manage all photo shoots, interviews and filming at the property
• Develop and maintain strong media relations to maximize high-end media coverage
• Proactively source key media visits and manage all aspects of media visits including logistics, bookings, itineraries, materials and hosting
• Produce monthly and quarterly media reports
• Manage the agency invoices and budgets
• Work closely with Branded to ensure the PR activities for the destination restaurant are in sync with the property’s activities
• Obtain activity reports from PR agencies and communicate to all individuals concerned
• Ensure all advertising and communications consistently carry luxury image/message and are represented in a very accurate manner
• Write a series of effective press releases and newsletters. Also, write / edit contents which are to be appeared on both online and offline media
• Plan and organize a series of press trips and PR events. This involves selecting and inviting potential media and celebs
