6. Employment Policies and Procedures
During your employment with Syngenta Crop Protection Limited, you shall devote your
whole time and attention to the service of Syngenta Crop Protection Limited and shall not,
without the written consent of Syngenta Crop Protection Limited, be engaged in any other
business, company or concern.
The Company reserves the right to terminate your employment without notice in the event of
misconduct or where there has been a breach of professionalism or security.
You are further advised that upon entering the service of Syngenta Crop Protection Limited,
you will also be subject to all existing general terms and conditions of service as described in
the Staff Handbook or as may be laid down by the Company and any changes that may be
introduced to such terms and conditions by Syngenta Crop Protection Limited in its sole
discretion from time to time thereafter.
You must also comply with all the Company's policies and codes of practice which are
available through the mySyngenta intranet site.
