We have shipped three of your artworks – Innovation, Born 1 and Born 4 – to the client who purchased it in Hong Kong. However, during shipment, a few of the stones and beads have fallen out during the shipment. Some of them are hanging from the canvas, and some have gone missing.
Please see attached some images of its condition from the client.
Can you please let me know how they can fix this?
Another client had also informed us of this issue once before, and we have also experienced a few pebbles have also fallen off when we installed the works at Art Stage. Please let us know how we can prevent and fix this in the future?
