• Handle the guest appointment process from booking to billing.
• Ensure a prompt, courteous and informative service is provided within the Health & Wellness Reception
• Organise and all appointment and package schedules and queries for guests

• Ensure all guest billings with appropriately and within timelines relevant to guest.
• Ensure new guests are always orientated with procedures and escorted to relevant areas on their first visit.
• Assist guest maintenance to ensure a tranquil environment at all times.
