I was just informed that the reason some courses may be showing up as “Free” was not because the JD employees catalog was on there twice, but because the Chargeback was set to “No Charge”. It should be set to “Charge to Buyer’s Authorized Account Code”. When the Olathe team is asked to load courses in JDU for other regions, we do not set pricing. We are still trying to come up with a consistent process if we set the Chargeback, or if the regional Administrator does. In the meantime, if you could please change the Chargeback at the item level for any courses of yours that are showing up as “Free”, that would be great. Unfortunately, there isn’t a report that exists yet that shows how the Chargeback is set, so we can’t look it up that easily.
