shows users' perceptions of the librarians' services. The findings show that two groups of users rated very differently. More specifically, users in arts and sciences rated librarians very high on promptness, competency, and knowledgeable services. Their ratings are somewhere between “slightly agree” and “moderately agree.” On the other hand, users in the business college rated librarians somewhere between “neutral” and “slightly agree,” meaning that those users also appreciate librarians’ quality services, but much less so than their counterparts. Based on the findings, one can conclude that users in arts and sciences are much more appreciative of librarians' services than their counterpart users in the business college.
