DOCUMENT CONTROLLER / POST ORDER COORDINATOR
Report to: Project Manager
Undertake various functions related to document control, document archiving and maintenance of document register for Detail Development / Post sale phase.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare Vendor Document Register (VDR) to submit customer to meet minimum project requirement.
• Receive and register documentation system as per project requirement from customer, including internal document.
• Control issuance of document numbers, including maintain proper document registers for detail engineering phase until final phase.
• Expedite documents from/to customer & internal to keep turnaround document period as per requirement.
• Maintain specifically assigned project database/s / log sheet.
• Ensure proper document classification, sorting, filing and proper archiving.
• Review completeness of documentation and prepares document transmittals.
• Perform document quality check in accordance to Company engineering document control procedures.
• Perform file backup to ensure proper storage and archiving of electronic registers.
• Prepare Manufacturer Data Book / Record (MDB/MDR) to provide after goods delivery phase.
• Provide document submission progress status report, may be required.
• Prepare & submit inspection notification (advance) to customer to meet time frame as per project requirement, may be required.
• Cooperate / expedite with internal account/credit controller to ensure commercial invoice / bank guarantee is on customer hand and on time.
• Logistic co-ordination may be required.
• Other duties as assigned
Qualification:
• Thai Nationality
• New graduate or having 1-2 years of experience similar to job requirements above
• Bachelor’s degree in any fields
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Excellent command of English and computer literacy
