we show an application example using the high-end hotels located in Granada (Spain) from several Web sites during the year 2009. Moreover, we show examples of analyses that a data analyst can make using the easy linguistic interpretability and the high precision of the model results. The rest of the paper is organized as follows: Section 2 revises the preliminaries concepts, i.e., the fuzzy linguistic modeling and the SERVQUAL scale. Section 3 presents the new two-stage linguistic MCDM model and its integration into an opinion aggregation architecture. Section 4 shows an application example of this model. Finally, we point out some concluding remarks and future work.
