I would like to offer my deeply apologies about the toilet cleanness as they were careless about deep detail. Our housekeeping team always strive to make our guest feel as comfortable during stay here. For Wi-Fi, I must say that I was quite surprised that to read that you have a problem with Wi-Fi as the signal was good or may be our staff did not give clearly information about username and password for Log in. However, I have shared your feedback to our team and I am sure that they aware to this issue to avoid the similar complaints.
