Cannot fault the staff's friendliness and attention to detail. The GM set the tone with his hands-on approach. He was always visible and talking to customers. Downside was the steep site and hundreds of steps. Also, easy walk into town, but always needed a taxi for return up the hill. Fabulous pools, airconditioned lounge and restaurant. Buffet breakfast was exceptional. Food, overall, was excellent, but not a lot of Thai dishes on menu, mainly western food. Free wifi throughout. We feel there is an opportunity to build on a Thai culture experience, as part of the appeal, as this could have been a resort anywhere in the world.
