-Responsible for HRM Process; Recruit & Select / Compensation & Benefit / Training and employee relation function
-Prepare monthly payroll, social security fund, tax, provident fund and maintain HR database
-Implement & ensure conformance to HR policies
-Deal with relevant agents e.g. Dept. of Labor Protection & Welfare, Department, Insurance brokers, and etc.
-Prepare employment contract & keep confidentially personnel filing
-Handle and monitor all general administration working process in Office
