Evolving from its predecessor (Rapid), the new keyboard employs Cherry MX switches, and delivers complete LED backlighting that's powered by a 32-bit ARM processor. Rapid-i incorporates ActivLite technology, which features five lighting modes with five brightness levels. One such mode enables the backlighting to illuminate upon each key press and fade softly as your fingers move on to the next key. It also lets you individually program keys for game and application uses, while the onboard memory allows saving of up to four different profiles.
