pre-soaked, prepared rice noodles (as many as your appetite wants)
a tablespoon of soy sauce
2 tablespoons of water
a teaspoon of sugar
a small handful of bean sprouts
a small handful of roasted peanuts
a small handful of shredded spring onion
juice of half a lime
chili sauce according to your taste (one-half teaspoon if you’re not sure)
