The invention relates to a sugar-free banana milk processing method. The sugar-free milk processing method is characterized by comprising the following steps: (1) cleaning bananas and sticky rice; (2) peeling the bananas, and blending the peeled bananas and milk in an agitator for 3 to 5 minutes; (3) cooking the sticky rice into porridge; and (4) mixing the mixture of the banana and milk with the sticky rice porridge, and heating the mixture in a microwave oven for 3 minutes to obtain the banana milk. The method is simple and easy to operate and practical both for household and industrial mass production.
