Or if need to be consultant must have the same concept of role as employee. Right now, we’ve seen the old contract was done under the tax issues reason. There are effect to us on performance control to all CD.
Comment from Ms. Iris : We need to put in the min number of consulting hours and number of consulting service days …otherwise we have no control over how to pay the consulting fees.
If we remove hours….then we have to remove the annual vacation leave as well…..cause consultants should not be given annual vacation leave which is an employee benefit.
Better let legal check with DIN HK’s K Fohn…she has concerns with issuing `employee contract’ via DIN HK.
