I do not understand as well why our Forwarder received the Invoice from your factory for booking schedule with the wrong logo listed on it. But Tik sent me a revised copy which I believed you have seen too.
Yes, I am also reviewing our warehouse records and hopefully we can reconcile. It will be better if you can send me back the file I sent with reference documents. Moreover, please take note to check only the balances as there were shipments made partially which I may assume shows from your record shipped.
