TRAINING ACTIVITY OUTLINE
TASK : PERFORM OPENING/ CLOSING DUTIES
OBJECTIVE: Upon completion of this training activity, the learner will be able to properly set up a table and be able to perform all opening and closing duties.
STANDARD : All opening tasks are completed before the restaurant is open to customers. Upon completion of shift, assigned areas are left fully stocked and free and free from debris. Tables are set properly, condiments are replenished , and the restaurant is maintained in a good order.
