This argument provides a strong theoretical framework for understanding how mobility and learning are manipulated in design paradigms. However, the pedagogical view of collaborative learning can be regarded as the theoretical fundamental of design perspective and technology also supports the design view of the system. After students manipulate the mobile blogging system in a learning activity, the use of collaborative and technological perspective should be observed in the experimental process which can further influence the design aspect by evaluating the
learning effect of students (Huang, Jeng, & Huang, 2009).
