CT WHOLE ABDOMEN: Plain and postcontrast studies.
History. Abdominal pain with positive left SPC node
Result: The study shows.
-An irregularshaped enhancing mass occupying in gallbladder fundus and body, measuring 3.2*3.2*2.7 cm in size.Outside invasion through gallbladder wall is observed.
- Several heterogeneous enhancing hypodense lesions at both hepatic lobes. The largest one is at subcapsular posterior segment of right lobe, measuring 3.5*1.9*3.4 cm in size. Portal and hepatic veins are patent. No CBD dilatation is noted.
-A heterogeneous enhancing mass at right adrenal gland ,measuring 3.0*2.3*3.1cm in size with washout value
-Normal size of both kidneys. No renal stone is detected. There are multiple small bilateral renal cortical cysts.
- Unremarkable pancreas, spleen and distended urinary bladder
- Unremarkable contrast-opacified recto-sigmoid, left-sided colon and transverse colon. No contrast opacification in right-sided colon is seen.
- Multiple matted heterogeneous enhancing soft tissue lesions along periaorticperiaortic, aortic avail, porta hepatis and retropancreatic areas.
- Large ascites at perihepatic, perisplenic, interloops of bowel, bilateral paracolic gutters down to pelvic cavity.
- Mild bilateral pleural effusion. A 0.9 cm nodule at subpleural region of right lung base is detected
- Spondylosis of visualized spine
IMP : An irregular-shaped enhancing mass in gallbladder with outside invasion . CA gallbladder is considered
Several liver and right adrenal metastases. Left adrenal nodule is suspected.Multiple matted heterogeneous enhancing soft tissue lesions along periaortic, aortocaval, porta hepatis and retropancreatic areas; probably lymphadenopathy or infiltrative lesions.
