There should be several translations for customer’s question: “What is the status of my order?”
If order was just placed 5 minutes ago Translation: “Can I receive confirmation of my order and what happens next?”
If order has been stuck in some status for > 2 days Translation: “Can I receive a recent update on my order and is there some sort of problem?”
If order has been shipped for a long time Translation: “I haven’t heard anything yet from the delivery company”
