Furthermore to present about technologies, there is a new technological paradigm which was established by Japan and Germany in 1970s. This technological advance is known as Maglev or “Magnetic Levitation”. It applies the magnetic power to improve trains speed. (Rodrigue, 2016) The first maglev rail system was introduced in Shanghai since 2003. This system had a distance approximately 30 km. It connected the Shangjai Pudong International airport to the Pudong center and it just took about 8 to 9 minute for travelling from the beginning to the end of length of the system due to with highly proficient electromagnetic systems, its maximum speed is around 440 kilometers per hour. ("Maglev Train, Shanghai 2003", 2016) The evidence indicates that with magnetic levitation system could utilize the high speed of the train. Hence, the more technology would be improves, the more high speed railway would be benefits for increasing time travel.
