This broad and varied role forms a pivotal position within the property management team; as the front line of communication for all tenant services issues and to maximise tenant satisfaction. Paramount to the success of this role is the ability to develop and foster strong working relationships; with the tenants of the property as well as the in-house maintenance team and contractors servicing this amazing asset.
