major items for prequalification are, as mentioned in this paragraph, a) experience in and performance on similar contracts, b) capability with regard to human resources and facilities, and c) various factors/matters relating to the financial situation, as well as experience (capital, nationally, etc.) experience in projects financed by international aid organizations (see annex I) , etc. prequalification is conducted for the main contractor, but when a subcontractor(s) performs (perform) essential work under the supervision of the main contractor, data on the subcontractor(s) may be taken in to consideration.
