The parties acknowledge that the Grant has not been determined in a manner that takes into account the volume or value of any business otherwise generated between the Grantor and the Recipient, and shall not obligate the Recipient to purchase, use, recommend or arrange for the use of any product of the Grantor or its affiliates, whether during the Program or otherwise.
