Directors:
Directors of ASH do not receive rewards as director of ASH.
Director who concurrenty appointed by HM as director or operating officer receive reward as such. The amount have been calculated by "Director/Auditor Reward Standards" of HM. The level of bonus of officers are considered by Executive Council and the distribution of such reward decided by board of director.
The rewards of Thai Director (as for officer role) is decided by President & CEO of ASH based on the company performance result, individual performance result considering compensation of personnel in similar level of other companies & industry in Thailand.
Employees:
The General Manager of each Division assess performance of their staff semi-annually based on assessment made by the managers (rater) according to the company's assessment criteria. The assessment is submiited to HR&IR Division for review made by the Evaluation Committee, which is comprised of Director and General Manager from each divisions. The conclusion is reported to president & CEO for authorization. The president & CEO approves it.
The final assessment is feedback to each individual by the Bloc manager and manager (rater) in one-on-one meetings.
