Qualification:
1. Thai nationality, Male / Female
2. Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
3. Good command in English and computer literacy
4. Have direct experiences in HROD
5. Having the strong knowledge in formulating the salary structure and the strong experience in organization development
6. Good knowledge of HR management best practices relating to compensation & benefits
7. Pleasant personality; self-motivated; leadership, creative, analytical and negotiation skills
8. Be familiar in Change Management
9. Well talents motivation and maintaining skills
