James and I recently received calls from a lawyer regarding the security for Jit Sun’s facilities. We do not have much details at the moment, but we understand the lawyer (who was calling on behalf of the property owners) wants to request for the release of the title deed of the property which is mortgaged to our bank so they can change the property’s ownership from joint tenancy to tenancy in common. Could you advise if releasing the title deed for the aforementioned purpose will affect our security position, and (legal) process-wise how do we handle such a change/request?
