In the present study, the authors used one concentration
of CuSO4 not five as we did previously [9]. The
authors used 3M concentration which is the middle one
if compared with the previous because the higher concentrations
leads to a neglected white deposition in mal
tube also. After LAMP reaction CuSO4 has been added,
the depositions appeared within two min. The negative
LAMP reaction tubes form an obvious white deposition.
Although the positive LAMP reaction produces a white precipitate, it needs a turbidity meter to be detectable.
