After I've checked your heat stamp sample, there are several mistake as details below:
- Your block are partly different from our design (as photo 01)
- The reason is, your mould maker has put the repeat together as the way he think it's correct but not according to our repeat. You can see in photo 01 as one color is referring to one repeat and it is scatter around instead of connecting properly at the edge and corner of each square.
- We provided you AI file with the square line to continue the repeat (attached photo 02). But the mould maker has ignored it and move it up and down by himself.
- I can assume that because they are not using proper AI program to open it so they only see part of it (attached photo 03) which also happen to us if we don't use the AI program to open it too. And as you can see that our logo is cut in half (attached photo 03) so the mould maker try to cover it by move another repeat freely to cover them. We've tried this ourselves and got the same result as your samples with 3 bottles at the same area too.
If the mould maker work with the yardage printing before, he should inform us back that the repeat is not right as there is a part of it has been cut off in AI file and cannot connect properly. Then we know right away that it is an issue about how he saw the file VS how we saw it in our computer. Not just move everything freely as he want to cover the error that he saw.
So in this case, I can say that he wasn't follow our design as our file. And I would like to make a new mould according to our design without the mould charges. It is not our mistake that we have to take responsibility and pay for it. Please confirm me & Miss Poo back about the working schedule that you can still delivery this order on times with this change.
