Bachelor’s degree / Higher in Comuputer , IT or Related Field.
Experience in banking or finance business, including technology computer and business knowledge related to project/market approach as specified in the competency table is an advantage.
At least 2-year experience in managing teams, budgets and customers, especially managing projects.
Possess strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
Good in presentation skills and to work in dynamic environment, which requires greater flexibility and adaptability.
Self-motivated and can work independently.
Good command in English.
Extensive knowledge of project management methodology as it applies to software development, including experience in using Microsoft Project tools.

Key Responsibility :-

lead the planning and implementation of project
facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
define project tasks and resource requirements
develop project plans
manage project budget and effort utilization
manage project resource allocation
plan and schedule project timelines
track project deliverables
provide direction and support to project team
present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
implement and manage project changes
Ensure deliverables quality and meeting QA process
Develop, manage and support for project and customer expectation
Reports working progress and any potential problem to superiors.
Develop activity plan , manage/assign activities to support team
Monitor and track day to day project activities , effort utilization and deliverables schedule and quality
Performs other works assigned by supervisor as necessary
Manage/assign activities to project team
Increase Team productivity

คุณสมบัติ : -

ปริญญาตรี / สูงกว่า comuputer หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง มีประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจธนาคารหรือการเงิน
รวมทั้งเทคโนโลยีคอมพิวเตอร์และความรู้ทางธุรกิจที่เกี่ยวข้องกับโครงการ / ตลาดวิธีการตามที่ระบุในแบบตารางที่เป็นประโยชน์ อย่างน้อย 2 ปีมีประสบการณ์ในการจัดการ
ทีม งบประมาณและลูกค้า โดยเฉพาะการบริหารจัดการโครงการ .
มีภาวะผู้นำที่เข้มแข็งมีมนุษยสัมพันธ์และทักษะในการสื่อสาร ทักษะการนำเสนอ
ดีและทำงานในสภาพแวดล้อมแบบไดนามิกซึ่งต้องมีความยืดหยุ่นและการปรับตัว .
กระตุ้นตนเองและสามารถทำงานได้โดยอิสระ

เก่งภาษาอังกฤษ ความรู้ที่กว้างขวางของวิธีการบริหารจัดการโครงการที่ใช้ในการพัฒนาซอฟต์แวร์ รวมถึงประสบการณ์ในการใช้เครื่องมือ Microsoft โครงการ

ทีมงานโครงการการเสนอรายงานความคืบหน้าของโครงการ ปัญหาและวิธีแก้ไข

ใช้และจัดการการเปลี่ยนแปลงโครงการให้ส่งมอบคุณภาพและการประชุม
กระบวนการ QA พัฒนา จัดการ และสนับสนุนโครงการและความคาดหวังของลูกค้ารายงานความคืบหน้าและมีศักยภาพการทำงาน

ปัญหาต่อผู้บังคับบัญชา วางแผนพัฒนากิจกรรมการจัดการ / กำหนดกิจกรรมเพื่อสนับสนุนทีม
