Rejection: The anger then shades into rejection of the whole idea of change. People just want to be left alone and to carry on with things as they were (however much they might realise inside that this is not really an option).
Acceptance: Eventually, though, people come to accept, even if not really to embrace, the idea that change is going to happen and that they had better get used to it. They are getting used to the new processes and IT systems and are not afraid of them any more.
