Sourcing/Negotiate/Purchase materials supply use, spare parts, chemical Lab etc. (Except machines & RMs)
Purchase/Control stock of stationary, safety equipment & spare parts.
Provide drinking water for all staffs.
Provide /Control food shop for all employees.
Prepare meeting room including accessories e.g. White board, Projector, electrical plug etc.
Provide copy machines, offices accessories e.g. Telephone
Inspect after maid cleaned up restroom and prepared accessories all building e.g. Tissue, gel for hand washing etc.
Receive incoming call & connect to internal call.
Keep lobby in order.
Welcome visitor / Customer.
Qualification:
Male/Female , age 25 yrs. above
Thai Nationality only.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields.
At least 3 years’ experience in purchase, administration or related field .
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Good command of spoken and written English.
Strong computer literacy especially in Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.
