• To coordinate with supplier and related person in building the new shop and renovate the exiting location, including scheduling shop maintenance.
• Maintain pleasant relationship with landlord and its representatives, premises.
• Responsible in tracking on shop insurance and related documents regarding to government requirement such as advertising, land and housing taxes but not limited to insurance.
• Regularly update both existing and new stocks of retail packaging to respond the sales department demand.
• Provide administrative support for the team such as answering the telephones, assisting clients, and inquiries using e-mail, phone, written correspondence, notes and fax transmissions
• Time to time visiting the shop to update situation and as work requirements, providing solution for supervisor decision.
