• Develop account plans for key accounts and partners to generate strategic relationships that result in sales within territory
• Conduct regular inside and on-site sales with customers, including generating and qualifying leads, assessing opportunities and proposing and closing sales contracts
• Performs direct customer sales in key areas; promotes and maintains customer relations with major accounts nation-wide.
• Build and maintain working relationships with high level executives of clients.
• Develops, and implements an integrated range of solutions and strategies consistent with the overall goals and objectives of our client’s business.
• Monitors, and evaluates the activities of support teams (sales, presales, engineering, finance) to managed accounts.
• Manage Sales Order Request and acquire approval from management per company guideline.
• Provides market research and analysis; prepares research-based reports and sales forecasts for senior management.
• Participates in development, implementation and maintenance of objectives, short-and long-range planning for internal and external customers
• Represents the company at conferences, meetings, exhibits, and other special events; promotes new and existing programs and initiatives
• Meet or exceed monthly quotas
• Report weekly forecasts and customer sales
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Qualifications, Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :-
• Thai nationality only
• Position requires confidence and experience in a customer facing role, preferably using business-to-business consultative selling with professional organizations
• Excellent presentation, communication, influencing, negotiating skills, both written and verbal required
• Demonstrates administrative and supervisory abilities
• Ability to communicate effectively and concisely, orally and in writing
• Sufficient mobility and flexibility to perform essential duties of the position:
• Ability to develop and implement comprehensive sales goals, strategies, and plans.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of clients and customers in a diverse market.
• Skill in organizing resources, analyzing and solving problems, establishing priorities, and making evaluative judgements.
• Comprehensive knowledge of marketing principles, concepts, and methodologies.
• Ability to foster a cooperative environment and to work in a collegial fashion with peers in other organizational units.
