The purposes of this study were 1) develop bus ticket online system
2) to find out quality of bus ticket online system 3) to find out user satisfaction of bus ticket online system. The sample in this study were consisted of 128 fourth – year students of the Faculty of Information Technology at Rajabhat Mahasarakham University. Three types of the instruments used in the study were 1) online bus ticketing system; 2) set of questionnaires about quality assessment online bus ticketing system 3) user satisfaction. The statistics used for analyzing the collected data were mean and standard deviation.
