I woke up at 06.30 this morning and my fridge wasn’t working. It had the light but it was just DEAD! I checked my freezer and it looked like it wasn’t working probably the entire evening since the ice has melted. I want this checked and functioning by the time I get home today. I have some food that may have rotted already.
I am a bit disappointed with the condition of the unit. Since I arrived either the toilet wasn’t flushing properly, or the main door lock needed oiling or really needs to be replaced, or one of the legs of the dining table I noticed is bent when I had moved it. There is a crack and it may just collapse anytime soon. Or, the knob of one the drawers of the table in the guest room isn’t fastened properly so instead of pulling the drawers to open it, I pulled out the knob since it was already loose to start out with (this was last night)!!!!
I am not blaming anyone however I can only surmise, the unit is really, really OLD and nobody bothered to check these little details. I knew it to be old, and that is fine by me. But I would have expected that the unit was checked inside out before handing it over to me. I was given the assurance by you, by Khun Lisa that it was from our various email correspondences.
Note: I did not bother to report the dining table since (1) I am very busy with work (2) I leave at about 8:00 am and the girl sitted by the desk doesn’t speak English and by the time I get home, at about 7-7.30 pm, only the guards are at the desk.
I hope you can understand my frustration with the way this is going!
