Please find attached an important information concerning Hanjin Shipping bankruptcy.
Take this note as an emergency and confirm to us (Mrs. Fitouri on cc) by end of week 36 (09th September) if you are impacted by this situation and if so what is your action plan.

As you may be aware, Hanjin Shipping has filed for court receivership on Wednesday (8/31) after
losing the support of its banks. Hanjin stopped accepting cargo and its assets were frozen. With
this action, ships have been refused permission to offload or take aboard containers because
there were no guarantees that tugboat pilots or stevedores would be paid. There are reports
that some Hanjin ships had been seized in ports around the world on behalf of creditors.
GM is taking a proactive approach to verify with our logistics and ocean carriers to understand
how/if this news will affect our cargo around the world, in order to develop contingency plans.
We do not, however, have visibility to the Tier 2 and Tier 3 suppliers. By means of this notice,
we would like to ask for your help. Please check with every one of your suppliers, carriers and
logistics providers to understand if you may have disruptions in your supply chain that could
affect our parts availability.
We certainly appreciate your help, and look forward to your information and action plans if in
fact your customer service will be somehow
