I’ve reviewed your case and am issuing you a full refund for the subscription. The subscription has also been cancelled. Within ten business days, 29.99 USD should be posted to the payment method used to make the purchase.
For future reference, the best way to cancel a subscription is to turn off the auto renew feature in your device and computer at least 2 days before the existing subscription expires. This is because it can take a couple of days for the change to take effect.
