Good day, did you get any feedback from your Banks? As we got info from local Bank, the Personal Beneficiary of any overseas incoming reimbursement more than 3000USD should provide reimbursement purpose to Bank, and only after that, the money would be transferred to its account. Thus we can expect that the second payment has been returned back already, pls kindly coordinate with your Banker to get this issue cleared asap.
