regularly do meditation for 10-15 min in the morning and evening.
how to do meditation:
1.Sit straight in a place/chair,
2.Relax your body as you should feel the comfort
3.jus watch your breath for 10-15 min in the same postion.
4.your mind may get diverted, but keep on watching your breath
5.dont strain, be very relaxed and breath as usuall, but watch it carefully.
if u do this regularly for 60 days in the morning & evening ,sure you will the feel the difference.
try to avoid more spicy/more oily food/meat/non veg till you do your practice. drink more cow's milk(esp. before going to sleep) and eat more milk products like butter and ghee.
