Responsible for sales and gross profit target, as well as store performance of assigned eBay accounts.
Managing all aspects of store operation from end-to-end by coordinating with merchandiser, operations, and monitoring customer services including customer inquiries & complaints by determining optimal solutions to minimize loss.
Analyze sales performance & area for improvement in order to increase sale conversion, and improve seller performance.
Collaborate with merchandising manager on suggested products, pricing, promotion, special deals, and market trend, and responsible for carrying out marketing promotion both onsite & email marketing on own store.
Handle customers’ inquiries from pre-sales to post-sales including disputes & returns, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and account performance.
