I graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Arts & Humanities, majoring in Language & Literature (Japanese), and a minor in Language & Literature (English), from ABC University in 2010. I gained excellent skills in both Japanese and English. After completing my studies, I have been working as a secretary for a Japanese Massage and Spa for about a year and a half. Working in this position provides me the opportunity to enhance my communication and relationship with customers’ skills. I’m hard working, professional and have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. I have the ability to answer questions efficiently when dealing with clients in person and to maintain appropriate phone etiquette at all times.
In addition to managing documents, I believe that I can do well in the position of sales coordinator. Creating income for the company through communication skills is very interesting for me.
