3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup warm water
1 teaspoon active dry yeast
1/4 cup of milk
1/2 tablespoon of melted butter
1 teaspoon salt
1 3/4 cups cold unsalted butter (3 1/2 sticks or 14 oz)
You will also need to make a basic egg wash, which will require:
1 egg
1 tablespoon of milk
