The computers make life easier and also the change from face-to-face services to online services wasperceived positive. However, not all services may be computerised as expressed by the interviewees.The respondents emphasised that the change must take place slowly and it must be informed properly.However, the change will cause problems in the future and therefore another choice should beavailable, explained the elderly. All elderly do not trust on technology and they are afraid of makingmistakes. Tailored courses should be offered to them and cover also the services online, argued the
elderly.
