The ferric reducing antioxidant power (FRAP) of EOs analyzed was shown in Fig. 3. Only bush-basil EO had reducing capacity at all concentration assayed with statistically significant differences (p < 0.05) between them. This reducing capacity occurs in a concentration-dependent manner. Celery EO had no reducing capacity at concentration lower than 2.5 mg/mL. Coriander EO showed the lowest reducing capacity, only concentrations higher than 10 mg/mL shown a slight capacity.
