FINDINGS: -Loss of normal cervical lordotic curve without detectable of fracture.
-No evidence of dislocation, subluxation or spondylolisthesis is seen.
-Normal vertebral height and intervertebral disc space are depicted.
-Normal prevertebral soft tissue is observed.
-visualized both upper lungs are clear. No pneumothorax is detected.
IMPRESSION: -No evidence of cervical spine fracture.
