16.3.2. prepare a Containment Action Plan to address short term corrective action as soon as practicable, but no later than within fifteen (15) business days;16.3.3. implement the Containment Action Plan upon its acceptance by Purchaser;16.3.4. identify, with data, the total population at risk, including any and all additional part numbers that may be impacted by the identified failure(s);16.3.5. Cooperate with Purchaser in identifying remedies, including redesign of the Product, use of alternative materials, change in process control, or other appropriate actions; and 16.3.6. prepare and, upon acceptance by Purchaser, implement a permanent (long-term) corrective action plan that may include part numbers that are not currently in Epidemic Failure but are reasonable likely to experience similar failures with a similar failure rate due to like construction or common manufacturing process and with similar capabilities.
